Botox & Xeomin
Botox and Xeomin are non-surgical injections that can treat wrinkles.
Both Botox and Xeomin are neuromodulators made up of a similar active ingredient called botulinumtoxin A that when injected into or around the muscles will ultimately relax the muscles of that area. The final result is a reduction of wrinkles and a smoother more refreshed look. Typically, results can be seen in about 7 days and last up to 3 to 4 months. Repeated sessions can reduce the number of injections and timing between sessions. The quick procedure which typically takes about 10-15 minutes is very safe and well-tolerated.

The dermal fillers used at Wise Med Spa are made of up hyaluronic acid which is a naturally occurring substance already found in our skin. They can be used to remove wrinkles, plum the lips, add volume and fullness to the contours of the face and overall, instantaneously help reduce the signs of aging without the need for surgery. Results typically can last 8- 12 months and sometimes longer depending on the product. Effects are immediate and continue to improve over the first 2 weeks.

The first and only FDA-approved injectable treatment for improving the appearance of moderate to severe submental fullness, also known as the “double chin”

Microneedling is a minimally invasive procedure that reduces wrinkles and scars to reveal beautiful skin
After removing numbing cream from the area to be treated and then thoroughly cleaned, a serum is applied to the treatment area (face or neck usually). A handheld instrument that contains rows of thin needles is used to superficially penetrate the top layer of the skin at a uniform depth and thus creates a controlled skin injury. This controlled skin injury induces rapidly-healing micro-punctures with subsequent stimulation of collagen and elastin fiber production resulting in skin remodeling. In the treatment of scars, the needles breakdown the scar strands and allow it to revascularize. With the new vascular supply and ultimately new collagen formation and improved skin texture and appearance.
